These provide the full picture of a building's construction and are necessary if the property is of unusual construction, or where major renovation is planned.
Mortgage Valuation Reports
It is advisable to have your own survey carried out, even if your mortgage company is undertaking a Mortgage Revaluation Report. Because this report is prepared for the lender, it may not address your concerns and interests.
